Our Shipping Policy

All orders purchased on BeautopiaHair.com ship out via UPS from our warehouse in Minnesota to the contiguous United States. Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, freight forward addresses or Internationally. If your shipping address does not meet the requirements stated we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If order is placed before 12 noon CST, it will be shipped out same day. On weekends, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, so long as it is not a holiday. Free shipping for orders of $50 or more. If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered please visit the UPS website and file a claim with UPS for a lost/missing package. If UPS is unable to locate the package you can then use our Contact Us form to reach out to Living Proof directly. Please note we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date for any lost or missing packages.

Our orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. During the holiday season or when we run certain promotions we receive an influx of orders. Our warehouse works diligently to get them out as quick as possible but you may experience a slight delay. Once your order has shipped out you will indeed receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

Had good hold for my curly hair texture. The only negative is; the product is white so you have to incorporate it into your hair well, or the white will show.

It's cut shorter in the back and longer on top so this was perfect for giving him a different look that holds!! Even in this heat it lasted all day. So easy to use and doesn't take much product at all. It has an amazing scent that's not too strong, but reminds me of a light mens cologne.

I used heated curlers with this paste, and it left my hair with a bounce that I usually do not get with other products. I could still run my hands through my hair. It also was not greasy. I could not feel it on my hands after I was done styling my hair.
