All orders purchased on BeautopiaHair.com ship out via UPS from our warehouse in Minnesota to the contiguous United States. Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, freight forward addresses or Internationally. If your shipping address does not meet the requirements stated we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If order is placed before 12 noon CST, it will be shipped out same day. On weekends, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, so long as it is not a holiday. Free shipping for orders of $50 or more. If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered please visit the UPS website and file a claim with UPS for a lost/missing package. If UPS is unable to locate the package you can then use our Contact Us form to reach out to Living Proof directly. Please note we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date for any lost or missing packages.

Our orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. During the holiday season or when we run certain promotions we receive an influx of orders. Our warehouse works diligently to get them out as quick as possible but you may experience a slight delay. Once your order has shipped out you will indeed receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ncschools from Great hold! This product gave my hair lots of body and the style stayed in place. I had two issues that kept me from giving it five stars. The first thing was the directions. It did not state whether to apply to wet, dry or damp hair. That may be the reason for my second criticism. I used it on my damp hair and blew it dry and it looked good. While out during the day, I noticed a sticky clump that I must not have dried properly and even with brushing, could not get rid of. So probably operator error, not the product. The next time I used it, it was better. However, I still feel my hair was not as soft as without the product, but the volume and hold achieved were worth it.

I’ve tried a few different volumizers but I have found very few that work. This foam does its job. I used it on my hair when I let it air dry and also when I used the hair dryer. The foam gave my hair a nice lift at the roots. I would recommend using it.
